Don't look at the outer shell of the motel because when u open the door to the room..you are like,o.k! Room is clean, bed is clean, owner's are super friendly, even wash your clothes for a small fee. I had to get a weekly rate which was very reasonable compared to other places here. It's an over all good motel!
A local motel with bargain rates. Not the Ritz but affordable and clean. The owners here are good people who treat others with respect and kindness. If you need a cheap room for a night or two...or longer ..this is a good place to be.
The manger and his wife are great ppl very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean I stayed two weeks here and they were very quick to help wit any problem I had. They made me feel like family so if ur looking for a great motel at a great price ur in the right spot. As far as the other reviews saying the room stunk I don't see it possible like I said I was there for two weeks and stayed in three different rooms never had any problems wit the rooms. Also this is a very kid friendly motel. I had my son wit me and he would wake up crying at night never had anyone say anything to be about how loud he was (trust me he ain't quite) unlike at the days inn acrossed the rd I was getting complaints at least once a day about my son..... Anyway I could just go on and on about this place I was actually sad to leave Caz they were all so friendly and nice I really enjoyed my stay here!!!!!!!!!!!
Great place to stay at a very desirable price. Cheapest we found in the area. It’s close to gas station, fast food options and by the highway! The owner is very sweet and at the site whenever you need assistance, got to meet the family too, really sweet people :) Highly recommend!
the owner was awesome! helpful and gave us a great offer on our room and was letting us know he was here to make our stay a private experiance! thank you all the staff at this money saving retreat next to everything, patrick & denise goehring! we will be back soon!
Hard to get in a.d out during "rush hour" if you call it that in Fort Dodge, but the owners are amazing. They work with you on rates if need be. Stay a day, a week, a month, or a year. The best part is the people you meet that do refinery work seasonally. They have grilles and get together areas and it's kind of a camp ground bbq party on the weekends. Still have people I met here that I talk to.
The people that own this place are extremely nice! The room I stayed in for 4-5 weeks is as clean as you will find at any hotel. They come in every day and clean from top to bottom, very clean! I'm going back tomorrow and staying with them again! Room #18. JW
This place is super clean and the guy the owners are good people. It’s the cheapest place to stay in town. They take care of the place and service your room daily. Replace towels clean the bathroom and take out the trash when you get the weekly rate most places only come by once a week. This place gives you full service at the weekly rate. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling for work on a budget.
